- Video content, scripts, and generated media
- Usage data related to your use of VidMachine services

Sharing, Transfer, and Disclosure of Your Data (Including Google User Data)
We do not sell Google user data or your personal information to third parties. We do not transfer or disclose your information to third parties for purposes other than providing or improving our application's functionality (e.g., we do not use it for targeted advertising, data brokers, information resellers, or similar purposes).
We may share, transfer, or disclose Google user data and other personal data only with the following types of recipients and only to the extent necessary to operate our service:
- Service providers (e.g., Supabase, Stripe, Google AI, OpenAI, ElevenLabs, OpenRouter, YouTube via the YouTube API, TikTok via the TikTok Content Posting API, Instagram via the Instagram API) — solely to provide authentication, storage, payments, AI/video generation, voice synthesis, and video publishing on your behalf.
- Legal and regulatory authorities — when required by law or to protect our rights and safety.
We require these service providers to use your data only for the purposes we specify and in accordance with applicable privacy and data protection laws. We do not transfer or disclose Google user data to third parties for reasons other than providing or improving our application's functionality.

Third-Party Services

- Supabase: Authentication and database services. Their privacy policy applies to data stored with them.
- Stripe: Payment processing. Payment information is handled by Stripe according to their privacy policy.
- Google AI (Gemini): Video generation using Veo models. Their privacy policy applies to data processed through their services.
- OpenAI: Video generation using Sora models. Their privacy policy applies to data processed through their services.
- ElevenLabs: Voice synthesis and narration services. Their privacy policy applies to audio data processed through their services.
- YouTube API: Video upload and channel management. YouTube's privacy policy and terms of service apply to data shared with YouTube.
- TikTok Content Posting API: Video upload and account management. TikTok's privacy policy and terms of service apply to data shared with TikTok.
- Instagram API (Meta Platforms, Inc.): Account connection and authentication, publishing to Instagram Reels, post insights, and comments. Meta's privacy policy and terms of service apply to data shared with Meta.
- OpenRouter: AI service provider for content generation. Their privacy policy applies to data processed through their services.
