VidMachine

Getting started

This guide walks you through signing up for VidMachine and creating your first AI video project. Whether you post manually or use Auto Mode, you start by configuring a project, then generating videos from the Videos page.

Who is VidMachine for?

VidMachine is an AI video generator and automation platform for creators who want short-form content at scale on YouTube Shorts, TikTok, and Instagram Reels. You define a project per channel or niche, generate ideas with AI, and produce full videos (screenplay, segments, optional narrator, captions). Work manually from the dashboard or enable automatic video generation for scheduled creation and posting. Developers can use the REST API to integrate VidMachine into their own tools.

Quick start

Follow these steps to go from sign-up to your first video. For project settings and manual publishing, see How to create videos. For connecting accounts and schedule settings, see Automatic video generation.
1
Create an account
Sign up with Google or email. You get credits to try the platform and start creating AI-generated videos right away.
2
Open the dashboard
After login you land on the dashboard. Use the sidebar for Projects (channel settings), Videos (ideas and exports), and Accounts (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram).
3
Create and configure a project
Go to Projects and create a project. Set title, channel description, content types, models, duration, and other creative options. See How to create videos for the full settings reference.
4
Generate ideas and videos
In Videos, click Generate Video Ideas, then open an idea and generate the full video. See How to create videos for the manual workflow.

After you create a project

Generate a batch of video ideas from Videos, open an idea you like, and run Generate video or One Shot. When a video is ready, schedule it or publish. Connect social accounts under Accounts to publish to Shorts, TikTok, or Instagram. Usage is tracked in credits — see Credits & billing.
